Made from a heavily embellished vintage chiffon dupatta in a unique color that appears differently under various light.
Appears warm gray, cool brown or drab green depending on the light. So cool!
Fully lined with metallic gold rayon blend. 
Bias cut bodice and velvet double straps.
Back waist closes with hook and eyes.
Gathered skirt with 90" bottom sweep of hand dyed silk/rayon velvet.
Dupatta is vintage so there are a few flaws.
A few faint darker spots.
A few missing beads.
