Simple top shape with pintucking and flutter flounce sleeves. 
Gathered skirt has beautiful embroidery in black and pink.
Black and pink smocking at drop waist.
No closures, slips over head.
Light underarm yellowing. 
A couple spots in skirt.
Has been hand washed but not stain treated.
